Analyzing the Jump detection steps of the piston rod
1. During one stroke of reciprocating piston movement, check the horizontal and vertical radial runout of products at all levels to check the comprehensive maintenance effect of the motion mechanism.
2. Measure the vertical runout: The dial is accurately installed at the top 12 o'clock position of the piston rod, close to the sealing packing, and the pointer on the dial should be perpendicular to the piston rod body. Measurement of vertical runout: The dial is set at the 3 or 9 o'clock position, in close contact with the packing, depending on the closest possible "close distance".
3. The connection between the plunger rod and the crosshead should be correctly opened, and the crosshead should be flat and evenly attached to the slide rail. The gap between the slider and the slide should not be 0.04 millimeters at 6 o'clock, and the gap between the four angle feeler gauges placed in the slide should be consistent.
4. Press and hold the "handle" on the dial, and the pointer on the dial will rotate on the surface of the dial, making the pointer face the zero mark on the dial surface.
